The service

CallWeed delivers cannabis goods in California under license C9-0000814-LIC held by Dazzert, Inc. By ordering you confirm that you are 21 or older (or 18 or older with a valid physician’s recommendation), that the delivery address is a private residence in California, and that you will present a valid, unexpired government photo ID to the driver.

Orders and prices

Menu prices include all applicable taxes. The order minimum is $49 before discounts. Every order is re-checked against live stock and re-priced by our system when it is placed and confirmed by our team before a driver leaves; if something is unavailable we tell you before dispatch. Nothing is charged online. You pay the driver in cash or by debit card at the door.

ID and hand-off

The driver will not hand over an order to anyone other than the person named on it, or without a matching, valid ID. Orders that cannot be verified are returned and cancelled. We do not deliver to schools, parks, hotels’ public areas, dormitories or any address outside our licensed delivery area.

Promotions and credits

Promotion codes are honored only when they exist in our system at the time the order is placed. A first-order code applies to a customer’s first order with our company and can be used once per household. Credits are earned on accepted orders, are applied in whole dollars up to 15% of an order, have no cash value and can be adjusted if an order is cancelled or returned.

Texts

Ticking the order-updates box at checkout lets us send transactional texts about that order. Marketing texts need your separate consent. Reply STOP to end texts at any time; message and data rates may apply.

Warnings

Cannabis products are for adults 21 and older. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence. The intoxicating effects of edible products can be delayed by up to two hours. Cannabis use while pregnant or breastfeeding may be harmful. Products sold here carry the California Proposition 65 warning shown in the footer of every page.

Everything else
