What you see on the menu is what you hand the driver. Here is exactly how it goes at the door.
The menu price is the door price
Every price on the menu already includes California excise and sales tax. There is no delivery fee and no service fee. The $49 minimum is before credits and after any deal code.
Cash
Count it out at the door. Drivers carry limited change, so exact or close to it keeps the handoff quick.
Debit
Tap or insert your debit card on the driver’s reader at the door. A PIN may be asked for. Credit cards are not accepted.
Nothing is charged online
Ordering on the site, by phone or by text reserves your items; you pay the driver in person. No prepayment, no card on file.
ID, every time
Show a valid government photo ID that matches the name on the order. You must be 21 or older (18+ with a valid medical recommendation). Drivers cannot hand an order to anyone else.
Credits back
Every order earns 5% of the subtotal as CallWeed credits on your account. Apply them to a later order — up to 15% of that order — from the cart. One account works across our brands.
At the door
Ninety seconds, start to finish.
The driver texts or calls
When they are pulling up. Meet them at the door or the curb — nothing is ever left unattended.
ID and order check
Photo ID matching the order name, 21+, and a quick look at the bag together.
Pay and done
Cash or debit for the total on your order. Your credits post to your account after delivery.
