Who we are

CallWeed is a brand of Dazzert, Inc., a cannabis retailer licensed by the California Department of Cannabis Control (C9-0000814-LIC). This policy covers callweed.com, our phone and text lines, and orders placed through them. Questions: call or text (951) 642-5577.

What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, phone number, delivery address, date of birth or age confirmation, the items you ordered and how you paid at the door. California law requires us to check a government photo ID at delivery and to keep a record of each sale. If you create an account we also keep your email and, if you choose to upload it, an image of your ID so we can confirm future orders faster. If you text us, we keep the messages needed to fulfil the order.

What we do with it

We use your information to take, confirm and deliver orders, to run your credits, to answer your questions, to meet our record-keeping obligations under California cannabis law, and to keep the service safe. We send transactional texts about an order only when you tick that box at checkout. We send marketing texts or emails only with your separate, express written consent, and every message tells you how to stop.

Who sees it

Our delivery staff see what they need to make the delivery. Our service providers (order system hosting, text messaging, dispatch software) process data on our behalf under contract. We share information with regulators when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

Text STOP to any message to opt out of texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling or texting (951) 642-5577; California residents have these rights under the CCPA and we honor them for everyone. Records we must keep under cannabis law are kept for the period the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses local storage on your device to remember your age confirmation, your ZIP code and your cart. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

Age

This site and our services are for adults 21 and older, or 18 and older with a valid medical recommendation. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
